Job summary

Vention in Kraków, Poland is seeking a Business Analyst / Product Owner to own intake of Salesforce and business system enhancements across functions.

You will triage requests, gather requirements, write user stories, and work with Salesforce developers in an Agile environment to ensure value and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Owner, or similar delivering technology solutions.
• HealthTech domain experience required.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce platform, including objects, automation, reporting, and limitations.
• Experience managing intake, triage, and prioritization across multiple stakeholders.
• Strong requirements elicitation, process analysis, documentation, and user story writing.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Salesforce Administrator/BA/CSPO certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

What you'll do

• Serve as the primary intake point for Salesforce and business system enhancement requests across multiple business functions
• Triage and prioritize incoming requests based on business value, feasibility, impact, and urgency
• Facilitate requirement-gathering and discovery sessions with stakeholders to understand business processes and needs
• Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Own and manage the intake backlog, ensuring priorities are aligned with business objectives
• Partner closely with Salesforce developers and QA teams throughout the delivery lifecycle
• Support Agile ceremonies, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and stakeholder communication
• Validate delivered solutions and ensure business requirements are fully met

What you bring

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, Business Systems Analyst, or a similar role delivering technology solutions
• Experience in HealthTech domain
• Working knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including standard objects, automation tools, reporting capabilities, and platform limitations
• Proven experience managing intake, triage, and prioritization processes across multiple stakeholder groups
• Strong requirements elicitation, process analysis, documentation, and user story writing skills
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborating with cross-functional development teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment
• Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Certified Business Analyst, CSPO, or similar certifications are a strong plus

Nice to have

• Experience supporting Sales, Marketing, Operations, or Finance business processes within Salesforce
• Prior experience acting as a Product Owner or owning a product/request backlog
• Understanding of Salesforce ecosystem best practices and governance
