Michael Page is assisting a leading international manufacturing client in Poland to drive a strategic Salesforce initiative. You will own the development of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, designing scalable solutions, data models, and governance aligned with business goals, while coordinating with IT and business stakeholders.

The role emphasizes collaboration across teams, roadmap definition, and delivering analytics, reports, and platform improvements to maximize business value.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of professional experience with Salesforce.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Experience designing Salesforce solutions, data models, and business processes.
• Background in Salesforce consulting, solution design, platform ownership or architecture.
• Fluency in professional English (B2 level or higher).

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the development of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Design scalable Salesforce solutions, architecture, and data models aligned with business objectives.
• Define and manage the Salesforce roadmap in partnership with business stakeholders.
• Analyze business processes and recommend improvements to support sales and customer service operations.
• Act as the primary liaison between business teams, IT, and implementation partners.
• Lead solution design workshops and translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Oversee platform governance, best practices, and data quality standards.
• Manage and optimize integrations between Salesforce and other business systems, including ERP, data warehouse, and third-party applications.
• Support continuous platform adoption and ensure Salesforce delivers business value across the organization.
• Create reports, dashboards, and analytics that support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with external vendors and implementation partners to drive platform enhancements and projects.
• Provide expert guidance on Salesforce capabilities and future platform opportunities.
