Job summary

Capgemini Poland (Wrocław) is seeking an experienced Salesforce CRM specialist to design, develop and operate scalable Salesforce solutions across domains. You will implement Apex code, configure CRM analytics, and lead deployments with CI/CD pipelines in a collaborative, agile environment.

You will work with Sales Cloud, Flows, CRM Analytics and Tableau to deliver high-quality CRM solutions, maintaining system stability and reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Salesforce or CRM experience in an Agile environment.
• Hands-on with Sales Cloud, Flows, Inspector, CRM Analytics and Apex to deliver scalable CRM solutions.
• Proficient with Confluence, Jira, GitHub/GitHub Actions, Teams and CI/CD practices.
• Strong SQL, SOQL and SAQL, plus Tableau for analytics and visualization.
• English fluency (min B2+), Salesforce certification required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and operate Salesforce CRM systems, including the Org, frontend reports/GUI, and CRM Analytics.
• Translate business requirements into Salesforce Apex code and configurations with clean architecture.
• Manage deployments through GitHub Actions and handle incidents to maintain stability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage system interfaces.
