ABB is a global leader in measurement devices, analyzers, and measurement systems for industrial applications, offering a broad product portfolio and a strong market presence.

The Measurement & Analytics Division is currently seeking a Sales Engineer for Instrumentation and Control Equipment. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the sales process in the Małopolskie, Świętokrzyskie, and Podkarpackie regions.

Your Responsibilities
  • Selling ABB-manufactured instrumentation and control equipment for measuring flow (liquids, gases, steam), pressure, temperature, level, and positioners across all industrial sectors
  • Selling service and maintenance solutions
  • Establishing and maintaining effective customer relationships, ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales process, and building long-term partnerships
  • Achieving sales and strategic targets
  • Conducting commercial negotiations, preparing offers, and managing projects
  • Preparing quotations in collaboration with the technical sales support team
  • Delivering presentations to customers
Your Qualifications
  • Higher technical education – preferred fields: Automation, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar role; knowledge of instrumentation and control products is a strong asset
  • Good command of English, both spoken and written
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Salesforce (or other CRM systems) is a plus
  • Self-reliance and responsibility, customer-oriented mindset, and a professional approach to work
  • Ability to work under time pressure and meet business targets
  • Valid category B driving license
