Job summary

Scandit POLAND in Warsaw is seeking an Order Management Operations & Transformation Lead on a 12-month contract to own complex SaaS bookings and transform the booking process.

This senior individual contributor role combines hands-on booking and process design, partnering with Deal Desk, Sales, Legal and Finance to ensure accurate data, scalable controls, and automated workflows using Salesforce, NetSuite, and AI tools.

Qualifications

• Six+ years of experience in order management within SaaS or subscription companies.
• Ability to translate contractual terms into accurate booking entries.
• Hands-on Salesforce experience with data quality discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex SaaS bookings and provide guidance for non-standard deals.
• Transform end-to-end booking processes and define target-state workflows.
• Oversee order entry, validation, and data integrity across systems.
• Drive automation initiatives including AI tools adoption.
