Job summary

Scandit Poland is looking for an Order Management Operations & Transformation Lead for a 12-month contract, combining ownership of complex SaaS bookings with transforming and scaling the booking process. This senior, hands-on role has no direct people management but offers functional leadership across Order Management.

The role leads complex deal booking, end-to-end process transformation, and operations across Salesforce and NetSuite, with exposure to AI tools to improve accuracy and automation.

Qualifications

• Minimum six years in order management or a closely related SaaS/subscription role.
• Strong SaaS booking lifecycle understanding and ability to translate terms into bookings.
• Hands-on Salesforce experience with data quality management.
• Practical knowledge of AI tools such as Claude or equivalent, applied to order entry and process docs.

Responsibilities

• Act as senior escalation point for complex and non-standard SaaS bookings.
• Review terms and translate into booking requirements and system entries.
• Lead end-to-end booking process transformation and controls as the function scales.
• Oversee end-to-end order entry across Salesforce and NetSuite.
• Lead automation initiatives and apply AI tools to improve processes.
