You will design a distributed caching layer for ultra-fast market data, leveraging QuestDB and collaborating on architecture decisions.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in Rust and distributed systems, knowledge of time-series databases, and experience with scalable, fault-tolerant designs in capital markets data environments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with Rust and distributed systems.
• Experience building low-latency, high-throughput systems.
• Knowledge of time-series databases such as QuestDB, KDB, or InfluxDB.
• Understanding of capital markets and market data.
• Familiarity with Linux performance tuning and profiling tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and build a distributed caching layer for high-throughput, low-latency market data distribution.
• Leverage QuestDB to support fast data access across the platform.
• Collaborate with technical leads on architecture and integration decisions.
• Support consolidation of feed handlers and connectivity layers across UL Link, T-Bricks, and CQG.
• Define data models and schemas to support normalized market and reference data.
