Job summary

Senior Rust Software Engineer role in Lodz, Poland, with remote option. You will help unify multiple platforms into a single, ultra-low-latency data platform, building a distributed cache/memory model for market data. You’ll leverage QuestDB for fast access and collaborate with leads on architecture, data models and integration efforts.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in Rust, strong knowledge of distributed systems, and experience with time-series databases. English at B2+ is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Rust experience with distributed systems.
• Experience building low-latency, high-throughput systems.
• Familiar with time-series databases such as QuestDB, KDB or InfluxDB.
• Understanding capital markets and market data.
• Proficient Linux performance tuning and profiling.
• English proficiency at B2+ level.

Responsibilities

This position plays a key part in the larger canonical data model initiative, providing normalized, low-latency versions of transaction, market, and reference data.
