Job summary

DEKRA Praca is establishing a new GBS Centre in Wroclaw, Poland, seeking an experienced Record to Report Accountant. The role covers journal posting, period-end close, and intercompany reconciliation within a dynamic, multinational environment.

The position requires fluent English and German, along with 5–7 years in accounting at senior level (and 2–4 years at regular level). SAP experience is advantageous, with a hybrid work model in Poland.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and German.
• 5–7 years of accounting experience (Senior level).
• 2–4 years of accounting experience (Regular level).
• Experience in RtR or General Ledger operations, preferably in shared services or multinational environment.
• Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Perform general ledger accounting and posting of journal entries.
• Manage period end close procedures and intercompany reconciliation.
• Oversee or support transition, migration, and stabilization activities.
• Serve as liaison with internal audits and maintain accounting records.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with finance, sales, and procurement to resolve discrepancies.
