Qualifications

• Fluent in English and German to support EMEA processes.
• Experience in PtP or Accounts Payable operations in a shared services or multinational environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing transactions.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices and vendor payments in ERP system.
• Post in ERP and Add-Ons; handle vendor inquiries and disputes.
• Conduct month-end closing activities for accounts payable; ICS checks.
• Maintain vendor master data and documentation; ensure compliance with IFRS and local regulations.
• Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to resolve issues.
