DAZN is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design, build and maintain features for our Roku application, with a focus on user interface and video playback experiences.

You will collaborate with Senior and Staff Engineers, Product, Design, QA and Platform teams to deliver reliable, user-friendly features that meet customer needs and Roku standards. The role covers the full software lifecycle and offers exposure to AI-assisted development tools while upholding security and code quality.

Competenze

• Experience developing applications or features for Connected TV, streaming, mobile, web or embedded platforms.
• Roku, BrightScript or SceneGraph experience would be advantageous.
• Understanding of UI development principles and responsive design.

Mansioni

• Design, build, test and maintain features for DAZN's Roku application focusing on UI and video playback experiences.
• Build UI components, screens and user journeys in line with product requirements and Roku standards.
• Improve performance, stability, accessibility and usability across Roku devices and OS versions.
• Integrate backend services, playback APIs, analytics and experimentation capabilities.
