Job summary

Hatch in Poland is seeking a Principal Risk Specialist to strengthen risk management across client projects from planning through operations. You will work with engagement teams across regions to deliver unbiased risk advice that reduces cost and schedule variability.

Reporting to the Engagement Manager and Global Director, Risk Solutions, you will lead risk workshops, develop risk plans, and mentor teams in risk processes while supporting business development.

Qualifications

• Post‑secondary degree in engineering or business; professional risk designation desirable.
• Experience leading hazard studies and risk assessments; ISO standards knowledge.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across regions.

Responsibilities

• Develop project risk management plans and conduct risk workshops.
• Facilitate quantitative cost and schedule risk analyses.
• Maintain risk registers and support risk treatment actions.
• Guide teams through qualitative and quantitative risk assessment processes.
• Collaborate on knowledge sharing and process improvements.
