Job summary

Hatch is seeking a Senior Requirements Manager - Systems Engineer to join our Systems Integration and Assurance team in Poland. You will lead requirements activities for major rail and metro programmes, coordinating across designers, contractors and operators and ensuring traceability from contractual obligations to design responses.

You will establish practical processes, manage large datasets and mentor junior engineers, while supporting tender phases of European projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Systems Engineering or a related technical discipline.
Typically 7–10+ years of experience in systems engineering or requirements management.
Experience with rail, transportation or large infrastructure programmes.
Knowledge of requirements capture, analysis, allocation, traceability and change management.
Experience maintaining Requirements Traceability Matrices or equivalent repositories.

Responsibilities

Lead requirements management for major rail and metro programmes.
Develop and implement requirements plans, processes, workflows and templates.
Capture, analyse and structure contractual, technical and assurance requirements.
Maintain TRACEABILITY MATRICES and repositories for requirements.
Coordinate inputs from designers, contractors, suppliers and operators.
Prepare requirements reports and progress updates for teams and clients.
