Job summary

CITI Solutions Center Poland in Warsaw is seeking a Risk Reporting professional to manage risk exposure reporting, limit breach investigations, and develop AI-enhanced analytics. You will own the portfolio limit excess lifecycle, collaborate with stakeholders, and deliver actionable risk insights through Tableau dashboards.

The role emphasizes strong quantitative skills, governance, and close collaboration with Risk, Technology and Data teams within a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

5-8 years of experience in Risk Management, Credit Risk, Portfolio Monitoring, or related function in Financial Services.
Advanced experience with Tableau for interactive dashboards and executive reporting.
Experience leveraging AI, ML, and advanced analytics to enhance risk reporting and automation.

Responsibilities

Oversee risk management frameworks for Wholesale Credit Risk.
Manage end-to-end portfolio limit excess lifecycle and breach remediation.
Conduct limit excess investigations, identify root causes, and document findings.
Produce analyses on portfolio risk exposures, limit utilization and trends.
Leverage AI-driven solutions to enhance reporting and monitoring capabilities.
Partner with tech, data, and business teams to enable AI adoption.
Design and maintain Tableau dashboards and management reports.
Ensure data quality and consistency in visualizations and outputs.
Drive continuous improvement in risk reporting processes.
