ICON Clinical Research is seeking a Clinical Associate for Poland in a remote, sponsor-dedicated role. You will support the design, implementation, and management of clinical trials, driving data accuracy and regulatory compliance across cross-functional teams.

The role requires a bachelor's in a relevant field and at least 2 years in clinical research, with experience in TMF and trial technologies. Travel up to 60% will be necessary, and we offer a supportive, inclusive environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or healthcare-related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in clinical research or healthcare, preferably in pharma/biotech/CRO.
• Experience with TMF and other Clinical Trials’ technologies.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities for data integrity and compliance.
• Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Willingness to travel ~60%.

Aufgaben

• Assist in planning, execution, and monitoring of clinical trials, ensuring protocol and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate study activities including site initiation, recruitment, data collection, and monitoring visits.
• Collaborate with Clinical Operations, Data Management, and Biometrics for trial execution.
• Maintain comprehensive study documentation and regulatory records.
• Support study close-out activities including data cleaning, analysis, and study reports.
