Job summary

ICON Strategic Solutions Poland is seeking a Clinical Associate for a remote, sponsor-dedicated role. You will support clinical trial design, implementation and management, contributing to therapies benefiting patients worldwide.

Role requires coordinating trial activities, data collection and site management, with travel up to ~60% to sites. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance in a remote Poland setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or healthcare-related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in clinical research or healthcare (CTA).
• Experience with TMF and other Clinical Trials technologies.
• Strong organization, time management and data accuracy.
• Willingness to travel approximately 60%.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, execution, and monitoring of clinical trials per protocol and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate site initiation, patient recruitment, data collection, and monitoring visits.
• Collaborate with Clinical Operations, Data Management and Biometrics to support trials.
• Maintain study documentation and ensure compliance with regulations and SOPs.
• Support study close-out activities including data cleaning and reports.
