Job summary

AgileEngine, a leading software innovator, seeks a Senior Release Manager to own the end-to-end release lifecycle across Frontline products. You will coordinate release planning, production deployments, hotfixes, and emergency releases, ensuring governance and best practices across teams.

You will drive improvements in deployment automation, CI/CD, and release reliability while maintaining documentation and metrics.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of proven release management experience in large-scale enterprise software.
• Experience releasing SaaS products, cloud-native or enterprise software.
• Strong Git workflows, branch management, and release versioning knowledge.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and collaboration with DevOps/Engineering.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
• Upper-intermediate English.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end release lifecycle for Frontline products.
• Coordinate release planning, candidates, deployments, hotfixes, and emergency releases.
• Define and improve release management processes, standards and governance.
• Optimize branching, merging, and versioning strategies.
• Partner with Team Leads, QA, and DevOps to ensure release readiness.
• Manage release risks and cross-team communication.
• Drive improvements in automation, CI/CD and release reliability.
• Maintain release documentation, deployment runbooks and rollback procedures.
• Monitor release metrics and improve quality and efficiency.
• Serve as accountable owner of Frontline release management.
