Job summary

Omada is seeking a dedicated Release Manager to own the release process across cloud and on‑premises products. You will coordinate 10+ scrum teams, maintain the release calendar, and ensure alignment with quality standards and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in release management in a cloud software environment.
• Excellent written and spoken communication across leadership levels.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD and release tooling.
• Hands-on with a CI/CD toolchain such as Azure DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end release process across cloud and on‑premises platforms.
• Coordinate 10+ scrum teams to plan and land releases with quality standards.
• Maintain a single release calendar and keep stakeholders aligned.
• Communicate scope, risks, and progress clearly to all parties.
• Identify and mitigate risks; escalate impediments to keep schedules.
• Ensure readiness knowledge for Support, Customer Success, and others.
• Define KPIs and report release readiness and strategic initiatives.
• Keep release processes audit-ready under SOC 2 and ISO controls.
• Lead post-mortems and drive reliability improvements.
