Qualifications

• Extensive experience in regulatory reporting and data requirements engineering.
• Ability to translate complex regulatory expectations into clear business and data specs.
• Strong knowledge of banking products, datasets and reporting processes.
• Experience in Agile environments and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and implement new regulatory reporting requirements to align with supervisory expectations.
• Translate regulatory requirements into business, functional and data requirements, including validation logic and report definitions.
• Conduct detailed business process analysis to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Drive automation of manual and file-based reporting processes.
• Analyze financial datasets, reporting rules and data flows to ensure accurate outputs.
• Support ECB remediation initiatives and similar regulatory programmes.
• Collaborate with Finance, Regulatory Reporting, Data and IT stakeholders to define requirements and prioritise work.
• Contribute to sustainable, compliant, auditable reporting solutions.
• Provide leadership in requirements engineering, stakeholder communication and issue resolution within cross-functional teams.
