Job summary

Entalpia Europe is expanding its HR function and seeks an experienced recruitment professional to combine Talent Acquisition with HR Operations and organizational development. The role is on-site at our Łazy facility, near Warsaw, and reports to the HR leadership.

You will work closely with business leaders, engineers and production teams to shape hiring strategies, source top technical talent, and build pipelines for current and future needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on recruitment or HR experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for specialist, engineering and managerial roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs and recruitment strategies.
• Actively source and attract candidates through direct search, LinkedIn and professional networks.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Plan and manage large-scale recruitment projects for production employees.
• Cooperate with recruitment agencies and temporary workforce providers.
• Build relationships with labor offices, technical schools, universities and local employment organizations.
• Support workforce planning during periods of seasonal growth.
• Strengthen Entalpia Europe’s employer brand in the local market.
• Represent the company at job fairs, recruitment events and networking initiatives.
• Develop partnerships with schools, universities and local communities.
• Support employer branding activities both online and offline.
• Coordinate onboarding processes for permanent and temporary employees.
• Support HR administration and employee lifecycle processes.
• Organize induction and orientation programs.
• Participate in HR projects supporting organizational growth and employee engagement.
• Work closely with managers on workforce planning and HR initiatives.

Your Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on recruitment or HR experience
• Proven experience recruiting specialists, engineers or technical professionals
• Experience gained within a manufacturing, industrial, engineering or technical environment
• Experience recruiting for engineering, production or technical functions
• Very good command of English (minimum B2)
• Strong sourcing and direct search capabilities
• Ability to build trusted relationships with managers and candidates
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
• Willingness to work on-site in Łazy near Warsaw

Nice to Have

• Experience in the HVAC industry
• Experience in renewable energy, energy efficiency or industrial manufacturing sectors
• Experience in seasonal or high-volume recruitment projects
• Experience working with recruitment agencies and temporary workforce providers
• Previous involvement in employer branding initiatives
