Teltonika Poland is growing and seeks a high-performing Talent Acquisition Specialist to scale in the coming years. You will own end-to-end recruitment across sales, business development, technical support and RnD, coordinating with the European TA team.

You will partner with local managers, source proactively, and help strengthen our employer brand while delivering a great candidate experience in a hybrid Warsaw setup.

Qualificações

• Proven in-house recruitment / Talent Acquisition experience.
• Strong experience of talent attraction channels and job placement optimization.
• Proactive sourcing, headhunting and talent mapping for IT roles.
• Experience using recruitment performance data to improve hiring.
• Understanding of employer branding and recruitment messaging.
• Creative approach to recruitment with testing of new methods.
• Strong stakeholder management with onsite and remote teams.
• Fluent in English and Polish.
• Ability to plan and prioritise multiple vacancies independently.
• Experience with structured processes and ATS platforms.

Now, we’re looking for a high-performing Talent Acquisition Specialist to support us to scale in coming years.

This role will play a key part in building a strong team by attracting and hiring great talent across all functions including sales, business development, technical support and commercial roles.

This is a hands-on, in-house recruitment role with ownership across the full recruitment lifecycle, from understanding the hiring need and bringing a role to market through to sourcing, assessment and offer coordination.

You’ll report locally to the CEO and functionally to the European Talent Acquisition Lead, giving you the opportunity for close collaboration with Teltonika’s global TA team.

In this role you will:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including engaging, screening, interviewing through to offer coordination

• Partner closely with hiring managers, local and remote, to understand hiring needs,providemarket insights, and drive effective hiring decisions
• Develop sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates in competitive talent markets
• Support and strengthen our employer brand across recruitment channels and social platforms including Linkedin
• Proactively source,identify, and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, databases, referrals, and direct outreach
• Collaborate with European TA team to drive a standardised, best practice hiring experience for candidates and business stakeholders
• Build andmaintaintalent pipelines for current and future hiring needs

• Ensure candidate and hiring manager recruiting satisfaction stays at high level

What we expect of you:

• Proven in-house recruitment / Talent Acquisition experience, owning vacancies through the full recruitment lifecycle
• Strong experience of talent attraction channels, understanding how to optimise job placement to generate the right candidate response
• Strong track record of proactive sourcing, headhunting and talent mapping for technical and IT positions, with the ability to identify, approach and convert passive candidates and build pipelines from scratch
• Experience using recruitment performance data to quickly understand effectiveness and inform hiring and attraction strategies
• Understanding of employer branding, with ability to translate employer proposition into compelling recruitment messaging and campaigns
• A creative and curious approach to recruitment, with examples of introducing or testing new sourcing methods, attraction or innovative hiring approaches
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience partnering with hiring managers at different levels, both onsite and remote teams
• Fluent in English and Polish
• The ability to work independently, plan and prioritise multiple vacancies and deliver against hiring objectives
• Experience working with structured processes and ATS platforms
