Job summary

Arup in Poland is seeking a seasoned Senior Recruiter to join our European team (Cracow or Warsaw). You will partner with business leaders across Europe to understand workforce needs and deliver strategic hiring solutions.

Lead end-to-end recruitment, map talent, source creatively, build long-term relationships, and use labour market data to guide decisions. You’ll champion an inclusive candidate experience and drive continuous improvement of processes.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in full-cycle recruitment.
• Ability to act as a trusted talent acquisition partner.
• Strong direct sourcing and talent mapping capabilities.
• Confidence working with senior stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with experience using recruitment metrics.
• Fluent English communication skills.
