Job summary

Arup in Poland is seeking a Senior Recruiter to partner with European leaders, lead end-to-end recruitment, and map talent across functions. You will design sourcing strategies, manage offers, and build long-term relationships.

You will champion an inclusive candidate experience, use labour market data to guide decisions, and continuously improve our recruitment tools and ways of working in an international, collaborative setting.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in full-cycle recruitment
• Strong direct sourcing and talent mapping capabilities
• Ability to act as a trusted talent acquisition partner
• Confidence working with senior stakeholders
• Analytical mindset with recruitment metrics

We are looking for a seasoned Recruiter to join our European team in Poland (Cracow or Warsaw).

As a Senior Recruiter in Arup, you will:
