Job summary

Qualifications

• Admission to the Polish bar as an attorney-at-law (radca prawny) or advocate (adwokat) for Associate and Senior Associate positions, or a law degree for the Lawyer position.
• Professional experience in Real Estate, Construction or a related area.
• Knowledge of real estate transactions, asset management and/or investment and construction processes.
• Experience in independently managing projects, as well as supporting clients and building strong client relationships.
• Fluent English; independence and responsibility; strong teamwork and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Providing legal advice on real estate transactions, including drafting and negotiating transaction documentation.
• Advising on real estate and asset management matters, including day-to-day legal support for properties and lease negotiations.
• Providing legal advice on investment projects and construction processes.
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating agreements related to real estate and construction projects.
• Providing comprehensive legal support to Polish and international clients.
• Participating in local and international projects in cooperation with CMS teams across other jurisdictions.
• Independently managing projects, developing client relationships and coordinating team members’ work.
• Supporting junior lawyers and sharing knowledge and experience.
• Contributing to business development activities, publications and industry events.
