Job summary

CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang LLP in Warsaw is seeking a Senior Associate to join our Corporate/M&A practice. The role involves independently managing local and international transactions, providing strategic legal guidance, and coordinating documentation.

You will oversee due diligence, supervise junior lawyers, and contribute to business development, while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring timely delivery of work.

Qualifications

• Qualifications include being a Qualified Attorney-at-Law (radca prawny) or Advocate (adwokat).
• Several years of experience leading Corporate/M&A projects in a law firm.
• Experience advising clients and conducting negotiations independently.
• Strong knowledge of company law and transactional practice.
• Fluent English-language skills.
• Strong project management and team coordination abilities.
• High level of independence, accountability and ownership.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
