Job summary

CMS CEE in Warsaw is seeking lawyers at Lawyer, Associate and Senior Associate levels to join our Real Estate & Construction practice. You will provide legal advice on real estate transactions, asset management and construction processes, while coordinating with CMS teams across jurisdictions to support Polish and international clients.

Successful candidates will have Polish bar admission (or be a law graduate for Lawyer position), strong English, and a proven ability to lead projects and mentor

Qualifications

• Polish bar admission required for Associate and Senior Associate positions.
• Law degree required for Lawyer position.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on real estate transactions, including drafting and negotiating documents.
• Advise on real estate and asset management, including lease negotiations.
• Provide legal advice on investment projects and construction processes.
• Draft, review and negotiate real estate and construction agreements.
• Provide comprehensive legal support to Polish and international clients.
• Participate in local and international projects with CMS teams across jurisdictions.
• Independently manage projects, develop client relationships and coordinate team members’ work.
• Support junior lawyers and share knowledge and experience.
• Contribute to business development activities and industry events.

Due to the dynamic growth of CMS’s Real Estate & Construction practice in Warsaw, we are looking for lawyers to join our team at the Lawyer, Associate and Senior Associate levels.

Your Responsibilities

• Providing legal advice on real estate transactions, including drafting and negotiating transaction documentation;
• Advising on real estate and asset management matters, including day-to-day legal support for properties and lease negotiations;
• Providing legal advice on investment projects and construction processes;
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating agreements related to real estate and construction projects;
• Providing comprehensive legal support to Polish and international clients;
• Participating in local and international projects in cooperation with CMS teams across other jurisdictions;
• Independently managing projects, developing client relationships and coordinating team members’ work;
• Supporting junior lawyers and sharing knowledge and experience;
• Contributing to business development activities, publications and industry events.

Your Profile

• Admission to the Polish bar as an attorney-at-law (radca prawny) or advocate (adwokat) for Associate and Senior Associate positions, or a law degree for the Lawyer position;
• Professional experience in Real Estate, Construction or a related area;
• Knowledge of real estate transactions, asset management and/or investment and construction processes;
• Experience in independently managing projects, as well as supporting clients and building strong client relationships;
• Fluent English;
• A high degree of independence and a strong sense of responsibility;
• Ability to work on projects and collaborate effectively within a team;
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
• Openness to working in a large team and in a dynamic, international working environment.
