Job summary

Luxoft Poland seeks an experienced Front-End Engineer to enhance usability and accessibility of client-facing applications, using React to create intuitive interfaces and bridge business requirements with technical design.

The role involves collaborating with backend engineers to enable smooth integration, advising on UI architecture redesign, and contributing to automated testing and CI/CD pipelines to deliver high-quality software.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years hands-on application development experience using React.
• Experience Advising on UI Architecture Redesign.
• Hands-On Experience with automated testing.
• Hands-On Experience with backend integration.
• Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines (preferably with GitLab).
• Experience in translating high-level business requirements into IT requirements, ability to refine UI requirements based on feedback.
