Job summary

Luxoft Poland is seeking an experienced frontend engineer to redesign and enhance UI architecture for client-facing applications. You will focus on React-based development, usability, and accessibility while aligning technical work with business requirements.

The role emphasizes collaboration with backend teams to keep integration smooth and efficient, supporting strong user adoption through intuitive interfaces. Hybrid work and Wroclaw office presence are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years hands-on application development experience using React
• Experience Advising on UI Architecture Redesign
• Hands-On Experience with automated testing
• Hands-On Experience with backend integration
• Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines (preferably with GitLab)
• Experience in translating high-level business requirements into IT requirements, ability to refine UI requirements based on feedback
• Bachelor's/master's degree or equivalent with a focus in software engineering
