Job summary

Luxoft Poland seeks an experienced software engineer to advise on UI Architecture redesign and to enhance usability of client-facing applications. You will bridge business needs and technical implementation with user-centered design, helping backend engineers stay focused on core work.

Strong expertise in React, automated testing, and CI/CD (GitLab) is required, with 5+ years hands-on development and a degree in software engineering.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on application development experience using React.
• Experience Advising on UI Architecture Redesign.
• Hands-On Experience with automated testing.
• Hands-On Experience with backend integration.
• Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines (preferably with GitLab).
• Experience in translating high-level business requirements into IT requirements, ability to refine UI requirements based on feedback.
• Bachelor's/master's degree or equivalent with a focus in software engineering.
