EPAM Systems is seeking an experienced Senior React Native Developer to build high-quality mobile apps for iOS and Android. The role requires strong React Native skills, Expo experience, and modern state management.

You will work in a hybrid setup across Polish offices, collaborating with global teams to deliver end-to-end features. Expected to optimize performance, participate in architecture discussions, and ensure robust mobile experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial React Native experience.
• Hands-on Expo ecosystem and EAS for builds/submissions.
• State management patterns: Redux, Zustand, or Jotai.
• RTK Query or TanStack Query for server state management.
• Proficiency in TypeScript.
• Understanding of mobile app lifecycle and navigation (iOS/Android).
• Familiarity with REST APIs and integration patterns.
• Git-based workflows experience.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written English, B2 level.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cross‑platform mobile apps using React Native.
• Use Expo and EAS to build and deploy applications.
• Manage app state with modern state management libraries.
• Collaborate with design, backend, and QA teams to deliver features.
• Participate in code reviews and technical planning.
• Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of apps.
• Troubleshoot bugs and performance bottlenecks.
