Job summary

EPAM Systems in Krakow seeks an experienced Senior React Native Developer to build cross‑platform mobile apps with a strong focus on performance and user experience. You will work in a hybrid model (3 days in the office) across Poland offices and collaborate with designers, backend engineers, and QA to ship features end‑to‑end.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial experience with React Native.
• Proficient with Expo ecosystem and EAS builds.
• Experience with two or more state-management libraries (Redux, Zustand, Jotai).
• Experience with RTK Query or TanStack Query.
• Proficient in TypeScript.
• Familiar with REST APIs and Git workflows.
• English at least B2.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cross‑platform mobile applications using React Native.
• Build, configure, and optimize application workflows using Expo and EAS.
• Implement and manage application state using modern state management libraries.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver features end‑to‑end.
• Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical planning.
• Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness.
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs and performance bottlenecks.
