Hitachi Energy Poland is seeking a Business Process Quality Senior Professional to drive product and process excellence across our global organization. You will lead FMEA activities for new and existing products and manufacturing processes, ensuring risks are identified and mitigated throughout the lifecycle.

You will collaborate with R&D, engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams to strengthen product reliability and improve process performance while embedding continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Proven experience with quality management methodologies, especially FMEA.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate FMEA workshops for products and processes.
• Conduct risk assessments and identify reliability improvements.
