Job summary

Circle is hiring a Senior Quality Engineer to embed quality into our AI-powered platform. You will partner with Engineering, Product Leads and Design, spanning multiple product areas, helping teams assess risks, improve testing, and ship with confidence.

You will drive automation across web, APIs and integrations, investigate failures, and advocate for quality throughout the development lifecycle in a fully remote, async-enabled environment.

Qualifications

• Exceptional written and verbal communication in English (CEFR C2).
• Strong web test automation experience with Playwright, TypeScript, or similar tools.
• Good knowledge of API and integration testing.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated test execution.
• Ability to work across multiple teams with autonomy and strong product sense.

Responsibilities

• Partner with multiple product teams across different areas of Circle.
• Get involved early in product, design and engineering discussions.
• Identify meaningful product, technical and customer risks.
• Build and maintain automated testing coverage for web, APIs and integrations.
• Investigate complex failures and improve testability and feedback loops.
• Share knowledge to strengthen quality ownership across Engineering.
