Job summary

Capgemini Polska is seeking a skilled Quality Engineer to join our Product team in an agile environment. You will blend manual testing with automation to ensure end-to-end quality across complex software, collaborating with developers and business stakeholders to drive reliable releases.

You will write Gherkin scenarios, shape regression strategies, and contribute to quality ceremonies while promoting modern testing practices across projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in manual, functional, and automated testing.
• Hands-on knowledge of Java, Cucumber, and API/UI automation.
• Knowledge of Agile, CI/CD and DevSecOps practices.
• Strong analytical thinking, prioritization, and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Write and execute manual scenarios in Gherkin (BDD) style.
• Identify, analyze, and prioritize bugs.
• Prepare clear quality reports for stakeholders.
• Develop and improve regression scenarios.
• Participate in quality ceremonies such as Bug Triage and 3 Amigos.
• Design and maintain automated API and UI test scenarios.
• Co‑create and enhance the team’s quality strategy.
• Share quality engineering best practices within the team.
