Job summary

DCG Poland is actively seeking a Test Expert to lead testing efforts across multiple recruitment projects. You will define testing strategies, develop plans, craft test cases and environments, and ensure quality across complex systems.

The ideal candidate has extensive IT testing experience, ISTQB Advanced certification or equivalent, and hands-on skills with Azure DevOps Test Plans and SQL. Strong communication and documentation are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in IT.
• ISTQB Advanced certification or equivalent.
• Experience with testing complex systems and test environments.

Responsibilities

• Develops test strategy and plans testing activities.
• Designs test cases and testing environment.
• Executes, debugs, and documents test cases and scripts.
• Validates and reports on testing progress and issues.
• Interprets test results and documents trends.
• Collaborates with analysis, architects, software development, and service desk teams.
• Documents tests and tracks defects.
• Monitors quality and test coverage across projects.
• Leads testing in complex projects.
