Job summary

GFT Poland is seeking a Test & Release Manager to join a customer-facing software project. You will own QA activities across mobile, API, and UI layers and define testing strategies in an Agile environment.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders and development teams to ensure high-quality releases, drive testing scope, and mitigate quality risks. Fluency in English and Polish is required, with hybrid work and an employment contract.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of commercial experience in software testing and quality assurance
• Strong knowledge of testing techniques and QA best practices
• Hands-on experience with mobile, API, and UI testing
• Experience with test automation frameworks and tools
• Fluent English and Polish

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain test strategies, test plans, and QA approaches
• Analyze requirements and identify testing scope and quality risks
• Execute and coordinate manual and automated testing activities
• Perform mobile, API, and UI testing
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders on quality-related topics
• Prepare test documentation, reports, and quality metrics
• Support automation strategy and framework improvements
• Drive quality initiatives and mitigate actions
• Mentor and support junior QA team members
• Cooperate with cross-functional Agile teams to ensure releases
• Experience in release management processes and quality gates
