Job summary

GFT Technologies Poland joins a customer-facing software project to own QA across mobile, API and UI, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure high-quality releases in an Agile setting.

The role emphasizes hands-on testing, test plans, risk assessment, mentoring of junior QA members, and cross-functional collaboration with clients in a hybrid Polish setup. Fluent English and Polish required.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of commercial experience in software testing and QA.
• Strong knowledge of testing techniques and QA best practices.
• Hands-on experience with mobile, API, and UI testing.
• Experience creating and maintaining test strategies and test plans.
• Experience working directly with clients and business stakeholders.
• Fluent English and Polish.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain test strategies, test plans, and QA approaches.
• Analyze requirements and identify testing scope and quality risks.
• Execute and coordinate manual and automated testing activities.
• Perform mobile, API, and UI testing.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders on quality-related topics.
• Prepare test documentation, reports, and quality metrics.
• Support automation strategy and framework improvements.
• Drive quality initiatives and recommend mitigation actions.
• Mentor and support junior QA team members.
• Cooperate with cross-functional Agile teams to ensure successful releases.
