Job summary

Alcor is seeking a Software QA professional to drive quality across the full SDLC in Warsaw. You will elaborate and maintain test plans, define acceptance criteria, and analyze failing tests to guide corrective actions.

The role requires risk assessment, detailed reporting, and collaboration with engineering teams, with a focus on agile, E2E testing and exploratory testing in the crypto space. Ideal candidates have 4+ years in QA, strong communication, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in software quality assurance.
• Team work spirit, great organizational and communication skills.
• Challenge decisions when necessary.
• Fluent English is mandatory.
• Proficient in black box, grey box testing approaches.
• Good knowledge of development processes, agile methodology.

Responsibilities

• Drive quality through the whole SDLC.
• Elaborate, maintain and implement detailed test plans, help define acceptance criteria for different scenarios.
• Provide a complete and detailed analysis of failing tests to help engineering teams understand corrective actions.
• Assess risk from test results and alert potential issues in time.
• Deliver thorough, well-structured reports to facilitate clear communication with stakeholders.
• Apply extensive testing methodologies to assure the quality of products.
• Create/apply extensive exploratory testing to identify possible risks.
• Engage squad team in agile testing, E2E testing, and share knowledge.
