Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager of QA Engineering in Poland to define and scale quality across a complex enterprise software platform. You will own the end-to-end QA strategy, establish quality gates, and use metrics to influence releases and roadmaps.

• Proven experience leading QA or quality engineering functions in large engineering orgs.
• Defining end-to-end QA strategies, quality gates, and data-informed decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end QA strategy and quality gates across teams.
• Lead and scale two QA teams including managers and principal engineers.
• Develop actionable quality metrics and dashboards for leadership insights.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, UX, and operations to embed quality throughout the lifecycle.
• Maintain hands-on involvement in QA while guiding strategic direction.
