Qualifications

• 5+ years of senior QA experience in automation-focused roles.
• Hands-on experience with Robot Framework and Python for test automation.
• Deep knowledge of API and system testing.
• Proven ability to create and maintain automated test suites.
• Experience with test data, environment config, and multi-environment execution.
• Familiarity with enterprise test management tools including traceability and reporting.
• Understanding CI/CD pipelines supporting automated testing and release processes.
• Exposure to AI-assisted tools in testing.

Responsibilities

• Design, create, and maintain automated tests for API-based systems and regression scenarios.
• Support release activities by preparing, following up on QA tasks.
• Perform exploratory and release-focused manual testing where automation is not best.
• Manage and maintain test assets with traceability and reporting.
• Investigate failed test runs and classify root causes.
• Collaborate with developers and business analysts to ensure quality early and throughout delivery.
• Promote good testing practices as a senior QA voice within the project.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and cross-project testing ceremonies.
