Job summary

Fireblocks is seeking a Quality Assurance professional to own end-to-end product quality, combining meticulous manual testing with automation across the full stack. You will leverage AI tools to accelerate coverage and collaborate with engineering to identify gaps and improve the system.

You will analyze logs, dig into backend behavior, and contribute to automation while maintaining a hands-on, product-minded approach in a fast-paced Web3 environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Manual QA with hands-on automation across the full stack (TypeScript preferred).
• Solid grasp of blockchain fundamentals, the transaction lifecycle, and DeFi logic like staking and bridging.
• AI-native – you already use AI tools daily to move faster and cut through complex errors.
• Fast learner – new domains don’t slow you down; you keep pace in an industry that moves at the speed of crypto.
• Data-driven debugger – when something breaks, logs are your first move, not your last resort.

The Mission: Quality

The Financial Apps unit builds the critical infrastructure that connects institutions to the digital asset economy. Our products cover everything from staking and yield to on-ramps, exchange integrations, and Web3 connectivity (e.g. WalletConnect).

In this role, you'll manually test all flows that need validation, and contribute to building out our automation the rest of the time. We need someone who treats quality as a holistic product challenge, takes pride in rigorous manual testing, and is eager to help grow our automation-using AI to move faster at every stage.

What You'll Do

• Contribute to Automation: When you're not running manual flows, you help build and maintain automation across backend APIs and frontend interfaces in a fast-paced environment.
• Product Partnership: You don't see yourself as "just a tester." You are an engineer with a product mindset who actively works to improve the systems you are checking.
