Job summary

IQVIA seeks an experienced Senior QA Engineer to design, develop, and maintain automated test suites for ETL pipelines in the healthcare domain. You will ensure data integrity across millions of medical records and validate business rules within Databricks, PySpark, and Python-based test assets.

You will collaborate with architects, development teams, and product owners to ensure high quality data-to-dashboard delivery and mentor junior engineers in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in software testing.
• Experience designing and maintaining automated test suites for ETL/data workflows.
• Strong focus on data integrity and business rule validation.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain end-to-end validation across UI, REST APIs, SQL databases, and Databricks tables.
• Build and evolve ETL test automation for bulk processing and QC validation.
• Implement metric verification and validate KPIs against source data.
• Develop Python libraries and Robot keywords for data validation.
• Lead test data pipelines and CI/CD integration, mentoring juniors.
