Job summary

ITConnect is seeking an experienced QA Tester to join our delivery team for a Nordic banking client, operating in an international Agile/Scrum setting. You will plan, design, and execute tests across complex software systems, ensuring high-quality QA activities aligned with contemporary standards.

You will collaborate with automation testers for optimal test coverage, work with the Scrum team to maintain delivery quality, and drive QA activities as an individual contributor.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of QA experience in Agile environments.
• ISTQB certified.
• API testing with Postman/Swagger.
• Experience with test management tools (e.g., qTest) and Jira/Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Plan and design tests for complex software systems.
• Execute tests and document results following quality standards.
• Collaborate with automation testers for manual and automated regression coverage.
• Work with the Scrum team to ensure delivery quality.
• Drive QA activities across the delivery team as an individual contributor.
• Report on test results and provide recommendations.
