Job summary

Mobility Global is hiring a Senior SQA Engineer in Gdansk, Poland. The role focuses on owning test planning, executing manual and automated tests, and integrating QA processes into CI/CD pipelines.

You will design automated tests for UI and APIs, and guide the use of AI coding agents to ensure quality across complex automotive data and software systems. Qualifications include strong manual/exploratory testing skills, experience with Playwright/Cypress/Selenium, and proficiency with Git, CI/CD,

Qualifications

Strong manual and exploratory tester with ability to design and execute regression tests.
Experience building and maintaining automated UI and API tests.
Experience using AI coding assistants or agents to generate and validate test code.
Proficiency with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and SQL.

Responsibilities

Own test planning and execute manual, exploratory, and regression testing; identify edge cases and document defects.
Design, develop, and maintain automated tests for UI, APIs, and integrations; integrate them into CI/CD pipelines.
Utilize AI coding agents to develop/test code; review generated changes for correctness and coverage.
Collaborate with developers and product stakeholders to clarify acceptance criteria and improve testing practices.
