Job summary

SNI sp. z o.o. is seeking a Senior QA Engineer in Wrocław to lead end-to-end testing activities within an Agile team. You will balance 80% manual testing with 20% automated testing and ensure robust quality across desktop and API layers.

Ideal candidates will have strong Azure DevOps experience, SQL validation skills, and proficiency in English, with a focus on analytical thinking and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in QA with desktop and API testing.
• Experience with Azure DevOps Test Plans and Boards.
• Skilled in SQL for data validation.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• ISTQB certified or equivalent knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end testing lifecycle with 80% manual and 20% automated testing.
• Create, execute, and maintain test plans, strategies, and test cases in Azure DevOps.
• Log, track, and manage defects through resolution in Azure DevOps.
• Write and execute SQL queries for database validation and backend checks.
• Incorporate AI-assisted testing with tools like GitHub Copilot and ADO MCPs.
• Collaborate in an Agile squad with Product Owners, Developers, BAs, and QA colleagues.

Job details:

Responsibilities:

• Execute end-to-end testing lifecycle activities combining 80% manual testing and 20% automated testing
• Create, execute, and maintain test plans, test strategies, and comprehensive test cases in Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Log, track, and manage defects through resolution in Azure DevOps, ensuring thorough bug documentation and re-testing.
• Write and execute SQL queries to perform database validation and backend data verification.
• Integrate AI-assisted testing practices into daily workflows using tools such as GitHub Copilot, Azure DevOps MCPs
• Work closely within an Agile squad alongside Product Owners, Developers, Business Analysts, and fellow QA Engineers.

Skills:

• ISTQB principles, testing methodologies, test strategy design, and bug tracking.
• Desktop application testing and API testing using tools like Insomnia.
• Azure DevOps for Test Plans, Boards, Repositories, and Agile execution.
