Experis ManpowerGroup Sp. z o.o. in Wrocław seeks a skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to join an international team working on a large-scale Dealer Management System.

The role focuses on ensuring the quality, reliability, and stability of a desktop-based business application that supports critical processes. You will design, execute, and maintain test plans and end-to-end tests for desktop apps and APIs, track defects in Azure DevOps, and contribute to test automation with Ranorex and C#.

Qualifications

• Experience in software testing and QA.
• Understanding of ISTQB testing principles and methodologies.
• Experience in desktop application testing and API testing.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, C#, Python).
• Full professional proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Design, create, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test strategies.
• Develop, execute, and maintain end-to-end tests for desktop applications.
• Perform desktop and API testing and document defects.
• Work with Developers, BAs, and Product Owners to ensure quality delivery.
• Support and contribute to test automation using Ranorex and C#.
• Manage test activities, test cases, defects, and requirements in Azure DevOps.
• Apply AI-assisted testing approaches using tools like GitHub Copilot and ChatGPT.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and standards.

Rate: 120 - 130 PLN/h + VAT

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to join an international team working on a large-scale Dealer Management System used across multiple global markets. The role focuses on ensuring the quality, reliability, and stability of a desktop-based business application that supports critical operational and financial processes.

Responsibilities

• Design, create, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test strategies
• Develop, execute, and maintain end-to-end tests for desktop applications
• Perform desktop application testing and API testing
• Identify, document, track, and verify defects throughout the software development lifecycle
• Work closely with Developers, Business Analysts, and Product Owners to ensure high-quality delivery
• Support and contribute to test automation initiatives using Ranorex and C#
• Manage test activities, test cases, defects, and requirements within Azure DevOps
• Apply AI-assisted testing approaches using tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, and similar solutions
• Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes, methodologies, and quality standards
• Ensure the robustness and reliability of critical business workflows and system functionalities

Requirements

• Experience in software testing and quality assurance
• Good understanding of ISTQB testing principles, test planning, test strategy, bug tracking, and testing methodologies
• Experience in desktop application testing
• Experience in API testing
• Knowledge of at least one programming language such as Java, C#, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and ways of working
• Experience working with Azure DevOps
• Knowledge of SQL queries
• Experience with AI-assisted testing tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar solutions
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and effectively within a collaborative team environment
• Full professional proficiency in English

Nice to Have

• Experience with desktop test automation tools such as Ranorex
• Experience in both desktop and web application testing
• Basic knowledge of Azure Cloud services
• Basic knowledge of IBM i RPG

• Global Dealer Management System supporting workshop, parts, mechanic, invoicing, and dealer-related operations
• International team consisting of Product Owners, Developers, QA Engineers, and Business Analysts
• Test planning, test case management, bug tracking, requirements management, repository management, and CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps
• Test automation using Ranorex with C#
• API testing using Insomnia
