Verita HR is seeking a Senior Automation Test Engineer to lead automation for backend and mobile projects within a major bank. You will develop automated scripts for iOS/Android apps, perform manual testing for critical areas, and craft robust test plans aligned with project requirements.

Qualifications

• Senior Automation Test Engineer or Quality Engineer experience.
• Strong knowledge of Java, Appium, and testing tools.
• Leadership experience to mentor teams and drive quality.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts for backend and mobile apps.
• Perform manual testing to validate critical functions.
• Create and maintain test plans and strategies.
• Drive quality improvements with metrics and best practices.
• Mentor testing team and promote continuous improvement.
• Conduct performance testing (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner) and back-end testing (REST Assured).
• Optimize automation frameworks and adopt new testing tools/technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine test strategies.
