Job summary

Procter & Gamble in Warsaw seeks a passionate and ambitious IT professional to join a Retail Execution team as a Senior QA Automation Engineer. You will grow automation skills across Android, iOS, web, and Salesforce integrations, driving automation strategy and ensuring product quality.

You will collaborate with product, development and QA teams in a hybrid Warsaw office, contributing to CI/CD pipelines and scalable test frameworks, while advancing testing practices across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Software Testing with test automation in dynamic environments.
• Hands-on experience building scalable test automation frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Drive the Quality Assurance Automation strategy.
• Translate system requirements and test cases into automated scripts to support product stability and quality.
• Develop and test code to ensure it functions as designed.
• Implement automation scenarios across the SDLC preferring CI/CD tooling for deployment and integration.
• Fully integrate our automation framework with CI/CD.
• Work closely with product and developers teams for systems/services the software integrates with.
• Play a role in architecture and test design of the application where applicable/appropriate.
• Apply best practices in coding, version control, and solution design to ensure sustainability and long-term maintainability.
