Experis ManpowerGroup Sp. z o.o. is seeking a QA Automation Engineer to design, implement, and maintain automated tests for complex financial systems. You will collaborate with Development and DevOps teams to ensure high software quality through automated testing and CI/CD integration.

The role requires strong experience with Selenium, API testing, and Azure DevOps, operating in a hybrid setup across multiple Polish cities and financial projects.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in test automation engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium or similar tools.
• Experience with API testing and backend validation.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps and CI/CD practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated tests for functional, integration, and regression testing.
• Build and enhance test automation frameworks aligned with project architecture.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing.
• Perform API testing and backend validation.
• Develop automated regression suites and validate data across environments.
• Investigate defects with development teams to improve quality.
