EPAM Systems is seeking a Senior QA Automation Engineer to join the Market Regulation team as part of DADB, ensuring data quality and regulatory reporting integrity for a leading investment bank. Hybrid work is offered with 3 days on client offices in Wrocław or Kraków.

The role involves validating ETL processes, data transformations, and analytics solutions across regulatory reporting domains, working with engineers and product owners to ensure compliance and high-quality releases.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software testing and QA automation experience.
• Hands-on Robot Framework experience.
• Advanced SQL proficiency.
• Python scripting skills.
• Experience with data-intensive ETL/EDW scenarios.
• Familiarity with Databricks and cloud data platforms.
• CI/CD integration of automated tests.
• English communication at B2+ level.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain automated tests using Robot Framework, Python and SQL.
• Validate data pipelines, transformations, and business rules in Databricks.
• Perform end-to-end testing of data ingestion, enrichment, reconciliation and reporting.
• Verify data completeness, accuracy, lineage and consistency across sources.
• Investigate anomalies and collaborate with engineers on remediation.
• Contribute to test strategy, planning, estimation and metrics.
• Support CI/CD by integrating tests into delivery workflows.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers, Software Engineers, Product Owners and Stakeholders.

We are looking for a Senior QA Automation Engineer to join EPAM's Market Regulation team as part of the DADB (Data Analytics & Dashboarding) team, responsible for ensuring data quality and regulatory reporting integrity within one of the world's leading investment banks.
